FAQs

Is there special hotel stay pricing at the Sheraton?

We usually reserve a block of rooms at a special UXPA Boston rate. Call the hotel at (617) 236-2000 and tell them you are attending the UXPA Boston conference on May 19th.

For those on a budget, we recommend considering an Airbnb.

Do you offer discounted parking?

Due to high demand in downtown Boston, we are unable to obtain discounted parking rates. If you must drive, please use Parkopedia or Spothero to locate the cheapest option.

The Sheraton is walking distance from the following MBTA stations: Green line Hynes & Orange line Back Bay (enter covered mall at Back Bay).

Check back for Uber and SpotHero promo codes as the conference nears.

Can I sponsor / volunteer / contribute?

We welcome sponsorships from a variety of organizations. Please review sponsorship levels for more information.

Admission for volunteers is waived. Call for volunteers will go out in late winter.

UX leaders are encouraged to serve as mentors or table topic leaders.  Call for contributors will go out in late winter.

Can I get a refund?

Attendees can use Eventbrite to request a refund up to 2 weeks before the conference. Attendees can also transfer tickets to another person at any time.
